The minimum parking duration at our hotels is 8 days - you can of course park for less than 8 days but the charge will be for 8.

Yes you can book for today if need be. We can confirm your booking by email in minutes for you to print off and hand in on arrival. If you do not have email simply print off the confirmation page and hand this in as your booking voucher. If you do not have access to a printer, simply make a note of your booking reference and state this on your arrival.

You can amend a booking by phoning the contact details at the top of the page, alternativly you are able to contact us by email and we will endeavour to resolve your query as quickly as possible. These details can be found on our contact page.

The majority of our hotels allow this, however please read the "more info" on the hotel as any hotels which won't allow this will state it here. Once you have booked, can you please e-mail us, so we may advise the Hotel for you.

You need to book the night before to ensure you can check-in on arrival at the hotel. For example arriving at Gatwick at 3am on 1st December means the 30th November will need to be booked.

Companies charge us a fee when you use your credit card. We are now having to pass this fee on to the customer but if you use your debit/switch card there is no fee as we get charged less for any transactions on Switch.

The first thing you should do is check your 'junk' or 'spam' email folder. Some email providers will automatically put some emails in those sections. If not, please contact us at the phone number on the top of the page or visit our contact page for support.

Please e-mail us with your booking reference. If the hotel is unable to provide a cot in the room this will be noted in the 'more info' for the hotel on the website.
